As approaches to health continue to evolve, Yoga is increasingly becoming an important part of Wellness programmes of the future because of its ability to promote health and healing at physical, emotional, and spiritual levels simultaneously. Our unique Therapeutic Teacher Training programme offers you the opportunity to become part of this exciting future.
The programmes are based on a vision of health as a unity of body, mind and spirit, and as a Yoga Alliance registered school, graduates are eligible to register at the 200hr Yoga Teacher level. Continued education courses are also available.
Along with offering Yoga classes with a focus on total wellness to the general public, graduates develop and teach special focus Yoga and Wellness programmes (including Stress Reduction, Back Care, Pregnancy, Weight Reduction, Seniors and many health conditions) in a wide variety of settings including hospitals, businesses and complimentary health care settings.
We have put together a dedicated team of experienced International Yoga & Meditation Teachers and Therapists for the courses in Spain and both 3 week Intensives and weekly Modular options are available, on either a Residential or non Residential basis. We only accept bookings from a maximum of 12 students, allowing for lots of individual coaching, feedback and development so early booking is recommended.
