- Payments are in Euros
- A tuition and accommodation deposit is required to secure your space on the course. This deposit is non refundable.
- Due to demand, we cannot hold a provisional booking for longer than 7 days.
- Balance of tuition payments must be paid at least 28 days before the start of the course. If we do not receive your payment, your place may be cancelled.
- Balance of accommodation payments must be paid at least 7 days before the start of the course.
- If you wish to change your booking, for example upgrade to shared accommodation (subject to availability) you can do so without an administration charge.
- If you wish to cancel after you have paid the balance of tuition or accommodation we are unable to
refund unless there is a waiting list for the event and we can transfer
your booking to another applicant. In which case we will refund the course fees less a 20% administration cost.
- If for some reason you begin a course and
cannot finish the programme for whatever reason (we understand that
things happen) we will not be able to refund your tuition or
accommodation fees, however, we will allow you to transfer into the next
course. In this case you would need to pay a 20% fee and any new
accommodation costs.
- If you miss the 17.00hrs shared transfer from Ondara or the Obsidian Retreat Centre you will need to take a taxi at your own cost.
- Modules must be completed in numerical order.
- You must complete the full 200hr programme to be eligible to receive your 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Course Certificate and be eligible (at your own cost) to register with the USA or UK Yoga Alliance. This includes all pre-course study, ongoing assessment during the course and daily fun tests.
- We withhold the right to change prices without notice.
- Mindful Yoga Academy has a strict no drugs policy, failure to comply could result in you being asked to leave the course.
- All extras (massage etc) must be paid for before you leave.
- We require everyone attending a course to complete the Student Application form giving full details of your Yoga experience, certificates and any health concerns prior to booking. Please download and complete the form on the download page.
- We cannot accept liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strikes, industrial action or natural disaster or other events outside of our control. Also, we cannot accept liability for participants medical conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the course. Loss of, or damage to personal property of participants.
- In the unlikely event that Mindful Yoga Academyy cancel your course, 100% of your deposit and payments will be returned. Where a teacher is unavailable we will make every attempt to replace with a teacher of similar professional standard.
- In order to participate in these courses, all students must have comprehensive travel, cancellation and medical insurance in place prior to travel.
- Any photo's taken during the course are the property of Mindful Yoga Academy and may be used for promotional purposes, it is your responsibility to advise in writing if you do not want your photo taken and used in this way.
- Feedback given to Mindful Yoga Academy by email or on the course feedback form may be used to promote the course on the Mindful Yoga Academy, Solterreno and other promotional websites. It is your responsibility to advise in writing if you do not want your feedback to be used publicly.
- By booking and paying for your course, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
