We are very lucky to be going to a small Holistic Retreat centre run by Bodhin and his family, and I would like to thank the graduates from the October 2012 programme and Bodhin for the wonderful photos you can find on the website. Located in the south east of Spain, in the hills behind Javea and Denia (the Costa Blanca) midway between Valencia and Alicante, the Solterreno Retreat centre is at the edge of a typical Spanish village and perched on terraced land surrounded by cherry and almond trees with amazing views to the sea some 20km away. It is the perfect location to immerse yourself in your Therapeutic Yoga Teacher training programme, while at the same time taking time out to re-tune to your own body, mind and spirit.

For those who prefer not to share accommodation or sleep in a tent, I recommend you visit the Hotel Alahuar or the La Casota guest house, both are within walking distance of the Solterreno Retreat Centre and transport back after the evening meditation is included to either alternative in the prices shown above.

For those who book a tent, please bring your own sleeping bag. The nights are cold in March so a winter weight bag will be needed
