Using Yoga to build muscle and burn fat.

Download this document from the Yoga Alliance which explains the benefits of Yoga for Weight Loss. Please bear in mind that the Lighten Up Weight Reduction Yoga class is no ordinary yoga class! I have specifically written the programme using my skills as an Advanced Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner, Motivation Coach and Registered Yoga Teacher to help you reduce weight and target those difficult areas.

Many people have the idea that Yoga cannot help you build muscle and burn fat, believing that to get these results you need to work out with machines in the gym, unthinkable for many people. What you may not realise is that Yoga does include weight lifting and resistance work, only we are not lifting and pushing against weights but our own body mass! we get cardio activity with the breathing exercises and flowing movements, and our muscles provide their own resistance. When we work our bodies in a Lighten Up Weight Reduction Yoga class your muscles siphon off energy from every cell in your body, and fat is replaced by muscle - simple as that! By the way, don´t worry if its been a while since you last exercised, this class is not about turning you into a pretzel! its gentle and suitable for everyone, including beginners.

FREE Sound Therapy Power Siesta
FREE Sound Therapy Power Siesta (This product should not be used by Epileptics, Pregnant Women, those wearing a Pace Maker or those prone to Seizures)

15 Minutes. Headphones are required.

A 15 minute deep alpha session to use as a power siesta, any time you need a quick relaxation or stress relief break. There are 1440 minutes in each day, by spending just 15 relaxing deeply with this CD, you will improve your health, well-being and vitality. A guided relaxation version will be available in the shop soon.

It is particularly important that you adjust all settings (such as volume) until you are 100% comfortable with the session before starting. 

Before starting the session, find a quiet place, free of distraction. Make sure you are comfortable, in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and just relax back, forget about everything you have done today and the things you still need to do and allow the CD to work its magic. Remember that it can take a couple of times for your mind to get used to this technology.

It is particularly important that you adjust all settings (such as volume) until you are 100% comfortable with the session before starting. You may want to drink a glass of water before each session, Entrainment increases blood flow and metabolism, which can make you thirsty mid-session.

Please do not drive or operate any machinery whilst listening to this CD.
